Closure of Arts Tower Floor 1 EFM/PCS Reception & Updated Services

Please see the following information for changes to our Estates & Facilities Management (EFM) and Print & Creative Services (PCS) reception services taking effect immediately.
Key Changes Summary

Reception Closure: The EFM / PCS Reception on Floor 1 of the Arts Tower has permanently closed.

Print Collections: All completed print jobs can now be collected from the Arts Tower Lodge, located on the ground floor.

Deliveries to Atlas Way: Any item transfers or deliveries heading to Atlas Way must now be requested through Planon by selecting ‘Move items between buildings’.

Payment Processing: Card machine payments are discontinued. We now accept online payments only for external work.
